So I decided to do an 'old skool' back-to-basics' no props photo-story with my bjd's as I realised I've not done anything for ages with Kouji and Jae-won and I had a whole story planned out with Rouge and everything and I just got too bogged down with everything. So yeah, decided to go with quick 'n' dirty and just get the job done! Feels pretty good...

10:34 pm - A New Era Dawns at STARHOUSE

Part 2 of my Starhouse saga... eeee, so excited! Ended up longer than I intended as I really wanted to introduce some of the cast and give people a feel for it. Hope i haven't overloaded the story! I think it's cos I've had all the xters running round my head for such a long time now! They really want to get up and running! I've still got all the 'behind the scenes' guys to introduce! Ah well, they'll have to wait for next time...

Think I'm gonna stop putting these stories onto doll forums now as this is gonna be a long running saga and not just a little snap-shot story. I don't feel right posting it on them anymore. Besides I am working on developing my own website for next year so yeah... this is just for my F-list and then later on I will put it on my website. Hope you enjoy guys - your feedback will be much appreciated.

Introducing the start of a new line of stories which are driven by the Starhouse Talent agency. As you can see, many characters from my Blue Dogs storylines will cross-over. I've been planning this line of stories for a long time and a lot of new characters should be introduced over the next few months. ^___^ Glad i've finally made a start. Yay!

Not really much happening story-wise - quite self-explanatory really! XD Masao seems to have accepted Megumi as a fully-fledged member of the Blue Dogs now. Think he likes her a lot more than he does Yuko!

Yuko's Mom's face is sooo shiny! I think I read somewhere that people find that with Blythe dolls and spray them with MSC to get rid of it? Can anyone confirm if that is correct? Think I'm gonna have to do something...
My Dad made me the tables and chairs for the eating house - I just love 'em!!

5:20 pm - Kenji & Chiako: Growing Pains

I finally found some jointed bodies that I'm happy with to kitbash my Licca's! Have tried them on obitsu's and volks but they were just too dinky for my tastes and made them look even younger and I liked Licca's boyfriend's lanky youthfulness which I didn't want to regress to any younger but then I really wanted jointed bodies for poseability. Anyway, now they're sorted I'm really, really happy with them. Yay! They're definitely looking maturer though. Looking back at the only other previous photostory that i did with their xters - they were 13 in this one http://hippolyta-hero.livejournal.com/31299.html#cutid1 I reckon they must be getting on for fifteen now at least.
Anyway, a lil story I felt inspired to do as they're clearly growing up a bit. Can't help but imagine that Licca's mama might be feeling a little concerned by how fast time is flying! Quick background update - as I've never given them the limelight they deserve for their story! Chiako's Dad left her mum for a work colleague while she was pregnant with Aeka. Chiako and her mom had to move to a smaller house and Chiako had to move schools at the same time and she found the move really difficult as her mom kept saying dad was 'on a business trip' so she felt she couldn't support her and it was a stressful time. So stressful that Chiako stopped communicating at school and started seeing her childhood imaginery friend Momo again. One of the main factors in her recovery from these dark days was Kentaro the 'prince' of her class who took a shine to her and became her best friend much to the disgust of all the other girls - particularly Sadako the president of Kentaro's fanclub...

USELESS TRIVIA FACT 2 - Sadako is a junior champion figure skater. She is wearing her latest costume in the photostory and the medal she plays with is her latest acquisition.

Sooo, it's about time to introduce the latest addition to my dollie family - Jae-Won. I've had him a couple of months, but this is his introduction into my photo-stories. He's kind of loud and a bit brash and well... it seems it will be a rocky ride to him finding his place! The others seem to have come to a bit of a concensus of opinion about him... and it's not all that flattering!! XD

9:16 pm - Who's The Boss: Part One
|
Start of a new photo-story (Think it's a three or four parter this time.) Mostly set in Longleaton Academy and featuring Masao Kiriyama. Fearless 17 year old gang leader, currently hiding out in disguise in an all-girl's school. Masao's a bit of a strange one for a hero - he's immature, bad-tempered and completely lacks any kind of self-awareness but for all that he's very fun to write for! I like his total inexperience around girls - and how it puts pressure on Tai to be the mature advisor!!

Phew, just finished a little update on Toji and Elda's parenting skills... or lack of them! It's funny, the twins characteristics are emerging - Tomo's a little glutton and a bit of a cry-baby, Toshi's a bit more savvy and a back-talker! 5:04 pm - Belated Birthday Post ...

So yeah 'twas my birthday last week!! (No I haven't stopped celebratin 'em yet but I might be getting closer to >.< !!! Anyway, I got lots of nice stuff - new handbag, a day at the spa (facial and massage), a voucher for more spa treatment (think I gonna try reflexology or indian head massage not decided yet - I'm new to the spa stuff!), some really lovely dumpling dynasty stuff, some sanctuary spa goodies, a bottle of bubbly, a chinese wall hanging, some framed chinese characters, a cinema voucher, a vanilla wafer Momoko, a bottle of ginger tom ale (you know who you are!) , a lovely birthday card all the way from POLAND (really made my day - thanks so much Mousie!) which funnily enough was the only one of my birthday cards in the post to arrive on time! All the others I got the next day!! Oh yes and a huuuuge French fancy for my birthday cake! It's so fabu! Anyway, a few pic's to share my birthday with you dearest f-list:
